The month begins on the written setup-complete date. Provide the agreed access and examples, use the workflows during the review period, and reply to setup or approval requests within two business days. Request the refund by replying to the onboarding email within seven calendar days after the one-month review date. We return the full initial-engagement amount to the original payment method within 10 business days.
